Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Goodrem Paintings, we value your satisfaction, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please take a moment to review our Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Refunds: Original Paintings only.

Exchanges: Prints only.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

  • Our refunds, returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for this, your item must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you receive your Original Painting and your are unsatisfied for any reason, we hope to be able to resolve this issue for you, stress-free and easily. Should you be unsatisfied, you can contact GoodremPaintings@hotmail.com, or alternatively, contact Goodrem Paintings via Facebook messages and someone will be in touch shortly. We kindly ask that you reach out within the first few days of receiving your item so the issue can be resolved within the returns policy time period.

Returns Process:

  • Contact GoodremPaintings@hotmail.com or contact Goodrem Paintings on Facebook Messenger.
  • Provide your order number and why you wish to return your artwork.
  • You are responsible for the costing of postage and shipping to return the item via your chosen delivery service.
  • Once your return is received, it will be inspected and we will notify you of its status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your payment method. You will be notified of this.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at GoodremPaintings@hotmail.com.

    Exchanges: Prints Only.

    We understand that preference varies from person to person, so if you receive your print and are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for an exchange.

    • Please send an email to GoodremPaintings@hotmail.com, or alternatively contact Goodrem Paintings via the Facebook Messenger page.
    • Please provide a reason as to why you are unsatisfied along with the order number. You will have the opportunity to browse other available prints in exchange for your print.

    We are happy to replace any print that was received defective or damaged in the rare occasions during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at GoodremPaintings@hotmail.com.

    Shipping Returns:

    To return your product, please refer to the return address in your email.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
